A break from Coronavirus

I had a blast in the studio creating a Gatorade spec spot! Amidst all the craziness of my ongoing projects, I took a few hours to unwind and have some fun. I stumbled upon a Gatorade photo that I really liked and decided to challenge myself to recreate a similar look using the resources at hand. The end result turned out great, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process.

What is a Spec Spot?

A spec spot is a commercial for a brand or company who didn’t hire you. The production company creates it to exercise their own creativity or possibly to sell the finished spot to the company. In some cases it may lead to being hired by the client, but the purpose is primarily driven by passion and a desire to challenge yourself to make something.

So yeah, Gatorade, enjoy!
